New Windscreen, Price

Any one got one recently, wats a fair price, need one for rego end of month

Well i can't help you out with your local areas,
but i got a quote off a company in Penrith yesterday.
They wanted to charge me $120 to remove 2 windscreens and re-fit one (take the one out of my spare micra)
Or $185 brand new supplied and fitted
That seems pretty fair to me, so i would expect to pay around this amount

I used a spare last time, I have another good one now, but they are hard to remove and I had a professional do it for me, It ended up with the tiniest chip on the bottom edge, well hidden under the rubber and I was told that chip would grow within 6 months and thats exactly what happened. You just cant beat a new screen

$185 sounds alright, I thought more

Got quoted $215 at some place at Burleigh.. + $35 for a new seal as mine is R/S (just a generic one).So $185 is a fair price. Will shop around some more.

instant windscreens at slacks creek (also do mobile stuff) were pretty cheap last time i needed stuff done

$195 from C.R. Mobile was the best I could do in my area, some of the quotes I got were friggin crazy, between $250-$310

$200 sounds pretty awesome. It makes me regret the $200 a year for the last 6 years I've been paying for the "free" windscreen on my insurance :(

Should probably make the claim now and cancel that part of the policy lol.
