Central Locking

Hi
I recently tried to install a remote lock to my March K11 car and found that the locking function of RH door (Driver side) is not working. However the unlocking is working fine.
Then I remove the lock and understood that the lock signal (Voltage) has not received (Only lock signal/voltage received). May I know where should I check further to solve this issue.
