Aircon/heater fan not working at all......

Mon 02 Mar 2015 07:32:40 PM
Just finished swapping A/C into a non-A/C Micra and am now going to have to fault find..... lol

First thing first is the heater/aircon under dash fan is not working...... I have a known working one so I will plug it in tomorrow and see whats up.

I have a feeling the dash a/c fan controls are faulty though.....

Other than the fuse next to steering wheel and one next to the battery, is there anything else I need to check electrically? I'm positive everything is hooked up correctly... =(

Found the fault, was not plugged in at the back of the controls.

Then would also only work on high, so swapped out the card next to the internal fan and all is well. =)

If I had my time again I would have sold it and bought one with aircon in it already to be honest.

Only reason I didn't was cause the engine in this one's been bulletproof... but it's a good 3-4 hours job and that's if you know what you're doing. For those that don't and didn't pull it out originally, it's more like a 2-3 day job.
