the slayer gets a facelift..

Sun 25 May 2014 04:14:53 PM
had the bits and pieces stashed away for a while, but finally got around to doing the facelift conversion..had to customise the front bar considerably to clear the intercooler and pipework - nothing a dremel and a well sharp stanley knife blade couldn't accomplish.. and grind the tow hook off and bolt on a tow strap. all that's left to do is rewire the headlights and get some pins for the carbon fibre bonnet and the shit's done! not sure if anyone over here has done this swap or not previously..

cheers frank! the guards are essentially the same as far as bolting on goes - besides the obvious differences of the repeater and headlight hole shapes, pre & facelift guards are very similar if not the same
