Where to replace rear windscreen rubber seal

The replacement hatch I used has no external rubber seal, the glass is simply glued on.

Will somebody please tell me where to buy this product, or what company can replace this for me?

Does the glass have to be removed?

my factory one kept lifting, so i fired it in the bin years ago :)
you could form a new one from black silicon sealer pierce ? (with some careful masking)
