fog lights helpppp

Whats up ppl I am trying to put fog lights into my micra its a year 99 in ireland I bought the fog lights because I seen wireing there but when I connected it up there was no lights on so now I am wondering if any one could tell me is it safe to put it trough the indicator/light cluster or does any one know another way to install it heres a picture of the cluster and the main block can any one tell me what ones for fog lights .
