throttle body

Whats the easiest way to work out what throttle body my micra has on it....not sure if its running the stock one or a ga15/ga16 body instead...just wanna know as i want to do the upgrade but have no idea if a previous owner has already done it....cheers justin

the CG is 45mm dia justin, GA16 has a bolt on maf and different idle control valves :)

Outlet of throttle body Justin gasket between T/B and manifold. GA15 has outlet of 50mm. Looks the same all in one. If you look down the throat with a torch you might be able to guestimate ... but you'd need a graduated eyeball :)

Picture show the couple of types of TB. CG13 has the cover which is regularly remove to perform the re-solder fix. The GA15 has the ICV as circled.

Should be easy to figure out without removing any parts... just compare to the photos.

the ga15 t/b I got looks more like the cg13 t/b in your pic Dan, there almost identical beside the outlet bore size

Mine looks like its got the stock one but its been siliconed on the cover where you re solder it. Thinking its just a re soldered standard one

same ICV setup as cg13, almost identical until you turn it upside down, not sure what car its from, probably jap spec pulsar?
