Need opinion on centre bore trouble

Hi everyone,
I've just bought some Steelies, and the guy said that the centre bore was 60mm but of course it isn't. So I'm gonna take it to a cnc machining place to get them machined but before I do I just want to know, will doing this weaken the rims in any way?
