immobilized problem

Hi I'm new to this forum and found a few threads on immobilisers but not quite like the problem I'm having I took the steering column apart and the imobiliser ring snapped off in my hand:-( now I can't start the car and check engine light keeps flashing I rang Nissan and it will coat 300 quid for a new immobiliser ring but I can't get the car to the garage any ideas how to deactivate it so I can get the car started thanks
