help how to get the turbopressue down

hello today i've bought myslef a brand new t25 turbo of a s14. See pic below. but how to get the boost down to fit it to my micra?

are you sure its a t25...s14's came with t28's

you cant get the boost down below the standard actuator..which im guessing will be about 7psi.

but if its a t28 the 1.3lt micra engine will only boost it to around 5psi anyway before you hit the rev limiter

although i may be wrong and the s14 might have come with a t25..

but how must i adjust the standard actuator?
