Looking for rear brake pressure regulating valve |
Fri 18 Jan 2013 03:21:40 PM |
My CVT auto SLX (yes, still working fine!) is at the mechanics's at the moment. He's found the right rear drum brake out of action - zero hydraulic fluid being forced through the proportioning valve. Probably a blockage? My hope is, being an ex-Soviet engineer, he should be able to recondition it as new parts were almost non existent in the old communist bloc.
Just in case though - would anybody be able to recommend a decent wrecker? Thanks! |

I got a valve from a wrecker in Melbourne. $70 delivered to Sydney. Looks good and is being fitted today. Fingers crossed . . . !
