Remote Key

I have a Nissan March/Micra k11 2002 (ex-japanese) model and it has central locking. My question is can i get a transponder or remote key for this make of car? i already have a key for the car but i have to lock the car manually.

As to if this car can have a remote fob I do not know, if it was me I would take the VIN to a main dealer and see if they can look it up.

As for buying genuine Nissan keys and fobs I have done both off ebay. I bought my key without the transponder though I could have had one with it, brand new and uncut. I believe that programming them has to be done by a specialist or main agent, the remote fob can be done easily yourself.
