eBay turbo

Thu 13 Dec 2012 08:24:54 AM
Hey guys, what's the word on eBay turbos ( they're generic Taiwan's right?).

I'm cashed up and have yet to decide on either an eBay td04 or t25 model, or a gumtree resale td04 or t25.

EBay is new but gumtree is OEM from car companies.

What everyone's thoughts and pros/cons?

Thanks.

I think we have people ask about this and it's best to just stay away from eBay turbos

i got mine on ebay, but i got brand name though. ebay isn't all bad, look where the item comes from, who is selling it, feedback scores etc etc. if it's genuine or not.

Buy a second hand one off a forum for no more then 300. Stay away from Ebay new ones as they are not balanced properly in most cases and dont last long.
