Rough idle |

When I start my car it is only running on 2 cylinders. I have spark in all 4 clyinders. I think I have an issue with my injectors because after I shut off the car, I checked the plugs and they do not smell like they have fuel on them. Is it hard to remove the injectors and clean them? I had been away for a few months so I was unable to start my car on a regular basis so it is possible that they are clogged. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
OBTW, it is a K11 Tommy Kaira edition if that makes any difference. |

i think the injectors batch fire on startup, so you might need to test the heat from the exh primaries to pinpoint the missfires

Can you explain to me how to do that? I only have basic mechanical knowledge. Thanks.

tommykmicra WROTE: "Can you explain to me how to do that? I only have basic mechanical knowledge. Thanks." you will probably need to remove the heatshield from the exhaust mani, then test how hot each runner/primary gets while its running on 2 (wax crayon or whatever) :) |
