Soft Clutch Bite |
Wed 21 Nov 2012 03:34:30 PM |
Hey guys
Was driving home from work the other day, when I noticed my clutch pedal's bite had gone a bit soft. I thought it just might be because it was hot or something, thinking it might go away the next day. It hasn't :( So I figured my clutch might be on the way out, so I tried to slipping test of chucking it into 5th at 50km/h and flooring it... no slip... So I'm confused, is my clutch dying or is there something else I'm missing? Or am I just retarded? Cheers :D |

Adjust the cable, or is there something else to adjust?

clutch cable is on its way out and is slowly snapping , used to do that on my Fiat , then it would just go , then it was a case of driving home in 2nd gear using the starter to get going from a standstill !!!
