gearbox problem, Help please?? |

Hi all,
I was driving along today and all of a sudden I'm stuck in 4th gear, and wont come out of 4th gear no matter what i do. When it happened, I was going from 3rd into 4th, it just basically threw itself into 4th gear hard and wont come out of 4th. any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks |

yeah it is moving when you're trying to put it out of gear
|
