a couple of pics showing how mine were done :)
the 4 x 3" welds ground away, and the middle starting to shift (lump hammer and steel drift needed !)

then the surfaces cleaned up ready to be flipped and refitted then rewelded .
the middle is still a very tight fit, and the assy can be fitted to the rear hub, spun and and checked for true

what would you say the offsets would be once flipped?

might be a good plan for 14inch Pulsar / Primera / sunny (whatever you call them there) Rims.

again your back yard engineering at its best frank.

for the benefit of low on here :)
some of my wheels have been widened using 2 donor wheels (cut where the sparks are marked)
and you end up with a deeper dish and a width of 6.5" (an extra 1.5")

great work frank.

i am very tempted to have a go at flipping N15 pulsar steel wheels.

what machine set up do you have? a wheel balancer i imagine?
tack weld then check for true?

you might need to knock up a guide frank
