Because I get this kind of crap in my inbox from the contact form with no name or polite manners or anything meaningful at all really!

Getting old but well I know each generation is different but basic manners should always be the norm.

cisco i too get this, in general i try to help people out, but sometimes it seems like i am viewed as a service who should respond asap with free information

Yeah its pretty funny.

I always reply to people with whatever I can. Its just you get the odd one of those I reckon about 1 in 10 is a stupid email like that, and it just gets deleted.

I think they are off their head that much that they don't even notice that you don't reply :)
