Selling to buy something RWD and under 1600cc (mx5 or aw11 probably)
No axis wheels because they have my semi slicks on them and they would fit an mx5 or aw11 :p I guess I would let them go with the car if I got my asking price... |

btw 93.3kw atw @ 7psi when dyno'd last month. Possibly a tad more now since I had the cracked manifold repaired and did some port matching on the turbo flange.

would need details of your red one but you'd be looking at ~$3k on top. i.e. you'd be better off selling it and buying this...
Ideally I'd prefer a relatively neat but standard 5speed LX or SLX with rego, $1500-$2000 worth. |

Anyone interested in this with rego/roadworthy. Took it over the pits and it only failed on driving light bulb and muffler hitting rear shock. Should be passed next Monday.
Now has the Axis 4spoke wheels and new Federal 195/45R15 tyres as per the Engineer's report. Price would be $6500ono |

A little bit negotiable. Obviously the car is worth more to me if it is in my name, and as such I would want more for it.

$5750 includes everything and pretty much a whole second car as parts if you want it. |

I'm not a member, cant access link...
I just wrote this list for Mike, thought I should put it here too. List of problems! List of issues: •Clearcoat failing on upper surfaces where it has been in the sun •Exhaust manifold has a hairline crack, looks like it just needs a line of weld that could be done while on the car. •Aftermarket gauges light up but dont work. They have never worked in 5+years, I assume they were wired up wrong. •Exhaust knocks on the body sometimes over bumps •Power steering pump a tad noisy, has been ever since I put it in but it hasn't gotten worse. •Power steering reservoir could use a better mount. It doesnt go anywhere but the screw that secures it keeps shaking loose. •Brake light in the hatch is broken. Still works but plastic is shattered (pretty typical) •Could use a wheel alignment. I don't trust anyone in canberra to not screw it up. •Water injection isn't working. Not sure what the problem is here, it worked until I removed it but doesn't work now that it's back in. I was only going to use it as intercooler spray as it isn't tuned for it as water injection. •Rear seatbelts cut, can supply more if you want them. •Needs an LSD unless you like spinning one wheel lol In terms of getting NSW rego, I guess it depends on your blue slip guy! I've never had to get a blue slip in NSW so I dont know how it would go. The engineer who did the report is certified in NSW but the report itself is written in reference to the ACT legislation. You would probably want to confirm that your blue slip guy will accept an ACT engineer's cert. In terms of the report itself, the listed modifications are: •Engine turbocharged •After market exhaust system fitted •Brakes upgraded •Engine gauges fitted to cabin •Tyres/rims - 195/45R15 front and rear, 15x7" front and rear •Track - 1378mm front and 1340mm rear (i.e. +40 offset rims) •Suspension height - front eyebrow height 318mm Things that don't match the report include: •Seats not covered (I have standard seats you can have for rego) •Steering wheel not covered (possibly an owner certified modification) •Microtech not covered (may or may not be an issue depending how hard they look. Wasn't an issue for me) •Cage not covered (if you want the cage you'd at least have to remove the front half for rego) •Current wheels not covered (they are 15x6.5 +35 instead of 15x7 +40) •Suspension height would need to be adjusted via coilover collar to meet eyebrow height requirement •Engineer's report details "Nissan GTiR front four spot calipers" (No such thing exists. It has smaller N15 brakes and i really doubt any rego guy would know the difference!) I think that covers it lol. If you are keen I'm happy to bring it up to Marulan or something so you can have a look at it. Also like I said happy to put more rego on it at cost if you need time to get NSW rego. I would guess around $850 for 12months but can also do 3 or 6 months. The bummer is I'm going to the states for 3 weeks this Thursday so I doubt anything can happen until I get back. If anyone has further questions I'm happy to answer them :) Also have a look at my thread in General Discussion for more pics/video etc |
