Supporting jack adaptor

Anyone know where i can get the adaptor that goes under the car sill and the supporting jack. Its a rubber thing.
Went to supercheap and repco none has it.
Also repco having sale 2 valvoline 10-40 for $49 think thats pretty decent for micra.

could just cut a slot on a wooden block?

is this for a hydraulic jack? i usually jack the car up from the middle of the rear axle beam or under the front lower wishbones rear mount and place axle stands on the chassis rail behind the lower wishbone mount or the recess just in front of the rear lower trailing arm chassis mount
