Dont buy them then. They cost me 260 all up through IM so like i said as i would have to order more if you wanted mine you would have to pay for them. Nothing in life is free my friend. 300 is what i was quoted for stock ones through NSM so all up 300 for Nismo ones are not that bad.

Mycra you must not be able to read very well. I got mine from Import Monster for $112 shipping was over 120 Same as Perfuctrun 130ish but the freight is the killer from japan. If any one can get them for 148 + 25 bucks freight then your mad not to shut up and buy them. You wont get them cheaper then that. ANYWHERE.

So stop sooking and buy the bloody things. I will fit mine and we will all be happy.

'mate' all you said was they are 300 from you and you're not doing it for nothing.... then you started sooking, cuz me and kovertk11 recons your price is a rip. if you would've explained it better like now so people would've understood better and i wouldn't have responded unfavorably to you.

it's not your fault postage costs you more than the mounts...and i don't blame ya.

and no i don't sook 'mate' i just wanted to buy from someone locally.
But yes i did shut up and bought it from Motul auatralia... $87 with no freight, they are sending it with their next stock order from osaka. there's no need for me to talk shit here, but does make your $300 seem a bit steep don't it......thanks anyways sikk11

fyi, the $100-150 mark sets will just be the bushes, you will need to press them into your existing mounts

I suspect Sik11's mounts may include the actual bolt on mount as well as the bush? Hence the price, when I got quoted from NSM for stock ones, they were the full mount. I bought the Nismo ones (full set) for around $100, but they were JUST the bushes, not the alloy mounts as well.

Company name is Link international, they do Motul, Nismo and Some HKS. you will need an account to buy and cost is different to every buyer depending on each individual buying power. i dont have an account, it was a personal favor. but good luck low....i mean it.

Mine were just the mounts. They were only 128 for the set but the shipping from JAP JAP was the killer as it was Air Freight.

The nismo ones give you more power cos they are Nismo AHAHAHAHAHAHA

But really mine is for the exhaust clearence. The exhaust hits on the sway bars and the exhaust shop cant modify it the useless pricks. The nismo ones raise the engine up to around 4mm so should give the clearance i need. I hope. But fitting the whole supercharger and the swaybars man the micra feels like shit.

The whole balance of the vehicle is out and feels weird.

Re: WTB: Nismo Engine Mounts

Mon 11 Oct 2010 06:49:15 PM
the nismo mounts are stiffer which do 2 things,

1) They make the engine vibration more noticeable in the cabin, not a good thing, but its what you get when you go to a harder mount

2) Less tourtianal twisting of the engine which translates into more torque at the wheels from a standing start or changing gears. I.E, you put your foot down, the engine doesn't have the 'buck' as much before the transmission engages, so the engine responds slightly quicker. I DEFINITELY feel the difference in the pick up from a standing start and changing gears, glad I went them, makes the whole driving experience more fun and responsive

The mounts shouldn't make a different to height, they are like for like from what I understand, that said, if you are replacing worn, shot mounts, it will look higher cause that's where its meant to be lol :P

Happy to be proven wrong on that point, but what reason would Nissan/Nismo have for raising the engine? And because you are changing just the bushes (not the actual alloy mounts), that would mean the flex pivot point is different which I can't imagine is ideal?

p.s, from memory one of them (maybe two?) is off center by design, if you mount them in the wrong way it will kick the engine up and a slight angle, still functions ok, but not correctly mounted

Get this and all your JDM at RHDJapan!!
Product Specs
Brand : NISMO
Product: Reinforced Engine Mounts Kit K11
Part Num: 11211-RS260 (Front)
Part Num: 11321-RS260 (Rear)
Part Num: 11350-RS260 (Front buffer rod)

The Set Include:
- 2x Front Reinforced Engine Mounts.

- 1x Rear Reinforced Engine Mounts.

- 1x Front buffer rod Reinforced Engine Mounts.

Features:
By increasing the hardness of the rubber used in the mount bush, resistance to damage is naturally increased, as is reduced engine shake and lean during acceleration/deceleration, braking and cornering; this provides improved accelerator response, shift feeling and cornering performance.

Specification:
- Same shape, bolt-on type as standard part.

Product Notes:
- Compared to standard parts, engine vibration is more likely to be transmitted into the automobile interior.
- Because an increased load is placed on the body side of the mount, any reinforcement to be done should be made before installing mount.
- Engine mount position will rise by several millimeters.

Compatibility Notes:
- Except 4WD and CVT vehicles. (On 4WD and CVT vehicles, installation is not possible on the front left side).
- Except AT from Mar.'01

SAYS THERE THEY ARE A FEW MM HIGHER.

i stand corrected! interesting though it states that are a like for like replacement, i wonder why it does raise it, my mounts were totally stuffed so it did look a little higher on mine, but nothing not 'normal'

Maybe for the bigger nismo exhausts? I've got an impul setup on mine and it clears it fine *shrugs*

learn something new every day :P
