aftermarket? If thats the case my advice is the same everyone always gives me, 2nd hand off of other 4 cylinder car forums, then buy specific loom cable etc, otherwise buy first hand at a shop that can install and tune it. Specifically motec or stinger ecu..

I have the chance to get a EMS E14, Does anyone know if this is suitable, if i get it rewired to suit?

Motec and stinger is a bit of a narrow-minded scope. there is HEAPS of ecu's that will do what you want. Just depends on what you want/need, do you know anyone that can tune it (no use having to send it away/drive to a different state just to get a tune..) and the big factor - cost.

yeh mickey you are right, i was just giving the instructions that were given to me because i live in logan and know only of shops that specialise in both the ecu's i mentioned. Guess i should've mentioned that but at 3am my mind is usually frazzled :)
