Buff it Up |

Spent most of the day giving Hack the mother of all polish jobs.
Was a fine day down here for a change. Used Mothers Californian carnauba wax which requires a bit of elbow grease to get it on but cheated with the orbital buffer I have to get it off.Man can see my handsome face looking back at me.If I tried any hanky panky on the bonnet would slide straight off. Must say I am very impressed with this polish. Apart from a few stone chips the paint looks like new. Hack has reached the end of the road apart from a short shifter I must get around to doing. Nearly 12,000 kl since the turbo upgrade and still as sweet as. |

i used some of that on my poosar when i bought it.
Left a yellow tinge on the paint because i was too lazy to buff it right off. Protected the paint though. :) A bat shat on it about 4 weeks after and it hosed straight off!! So yeh good stuff. I'm actually looking at upgrading my detailing/protection arsenal to some Swissol and Zaino products though... I feel the mothers and meguires are getting too pricey for the product they supply. |
