Wanted - Speedo drive for viscous LSD box |
Mon 30 Mar 2009 08:27:22 AM |
I've just fitted a gearbox with a viscous LSD but the drive from the standard box won't fit. Looking for a drive to put in the box, preferably mechanical.

The gear on the Speedo drive I have from my non viscous box is about the same diameter as the hole the drive goes into and the housing for the spindle is central. If I put it into the new box it hits the cliff. The gear it should mesh with can be seen through the hole and it appears not to be in the centre of the hole but further towards the bell bell housing. If I look in the Hayes manual it shows the drive to be off centre and it looks like it should be that type
I hope this is clearer |
