Good ride height?

Hi guys I am looking at getting some new springs, I was thinking lowering it by 1 3/4 (45mm) with Kmac springs 16" wheels which i have, what ride height to other people have and size wheels? Trying to find a happy medium as king springs are still at bit high at 30mm. What do you reckon?

If you check out some shots of reverb's car that is 16" on kings.
