this turbo came off from subaru liberty twin turbo, no shaft play is all i can tell....

does it have a wastegate?
a VF14 is the second turbo from a twin setup, on some models its got no wastegate which isn't really ideal a VF13 might be more useful for a cheap quick spooling setup |

this is still 4 sale.....ive got another turbo...its TD04L, no shaft play.....$180 ono
