Micra Hunting

Tue 01 Jan 2008 07:21:55 PM
Hi Guys,
I am looking at getting a new car and have always loved Micras. Problem is, I am super poor so can't pay much. Does anyone in Perth know of one for sale? I am going to see one tomorrow at a car yard so fingers crossed :)

If you're looking to buy a micra inexpensively, a car yard isn't generally the best place to start. Just had a quick search and this was the only private seller in WA I found..

Good luck with it :)

It's not to bad, depends on the condition of the car I guess.

There are a few LX's in QLD with dealers wanting $7K! and one of those does not have air con LOL

I think that's expensive! K's are ok but 4500... I know dealers in Brisbane are asking 6-7-8 k but they aren't getting it - they have been up for a long time - besides with a dealer you get warranty etc. - not so with private...

If it is as stated and they have proof of serviceing...and the inside is in good nick...I reckon is a little high...maybe offer $3500.

thanks heaps for all your help guys. I am seeing a micra from a dealer which is $3000 which doesn't seem to bad. Will be looking for service records, good timing belt and radiator as I hear that they are the things which most often stuff up on Micras.

Thanks again :)
