Bubble light harness?

Gday people, today i picked up my wire harness for my bubble lights and then checked the diagram i had on my picture file that Cisco posted,So i could change the wires correctly.

I'm feeling a little frustated and silly because so far i have not had any luck removing ANY of the wires yet??
Is there somebody out there who has done this that could give me the smallest tip please,have tried to remove the from the plug side and the other side.

PLEASE HELP??
