A Golden Rare Oldie |

My mates 1970 Ford Zephyr Executive V6 1970.
Like driving around in an armchair.Compare comfort space etc with say a new Ford/ Holden and I know which comes out in front.Hammers well but forget about fuel consumption! Motor shot you can see a lot of space in front of the radiator, that is where the spare tyre goes!! Passanger protection pretty good. Chrome/wood/ leather all over and no plastic to talk of. You could shove a hippo down the sun roof. To the golf course James |

I love the rear lights. The back of that car looks tough. Yeah and we think we have it bad for finding parts. |

Oh, shot of engine bay. Dig the space in front of engine for spare tyre!! you could stuff a V12 in there no problems.

I tell you what if ever I gave away the Micras I would go for soemthing like this just to live in comfort and thumb my nose at todays "luxury" cars. It even has a courtesy light that comes on when you open the bonnet.Also stuff like a full manual complete with set of tools.
1970 luxury motoring.THis was an ex Qld. Govt car used to ferry around politicians. |
