hi cisco i try to update the email i have in my profile. it changes, but when i recheck it, it goes back to old email. i may have been missing messages as i have closed the old email address that i signed up with. can you help?

Also did you put your password into the password field when you updated?

I had that... I just made a new account when I changed email address.

Did you try F5 to refresh the page? Did it update to the correct one then??

Did you confirm/re-enter your password when you changed it so that it made the changes?

ah i think i may have done it wrong by not verifying password. i have updated my normal account now. cheers.
