It's back together - now where does this connector go.

This is 'before' - I needed to get at the heater controls to repair the knob.
It's back on now, after much swearing.

Howeveer, after putting the stalks back on the steering wheel, I've got a left over connector.
It's 1 blue/green (?) wire in a 3 place connector.
Any thoughts?
