Rear valance

Hello,
after searching around for more body kits i came across this. again i havent seen it before and it wasnt actualy off a website.
at first i thought it was the "Wald" kit, but after comparing the two, its not (i think).

would anyone know where it came from??

also the spoiler is nice!
