I need a new fuel pump - Urgently

Folks what are my options and price range?

My fuel pump packed it in today on the way home.

I think I remember reading somewhere a VL Commodore pump would fit, but I can't remember where I read that.

I need to get the pump on Sunday and change it, so a Nissan one is out of the question. It will have to be after market/generic.

Also to change the pump, is it all accessed from under the back seat or do I have to get under the car to change it?

Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.

under the back seat - they fold forwards as you know.

Mate best bet is to pull it out and go hunting for a similar pump!

Oh trying to find car parts when you need them urgently is always fun :-)

Ended up getting a "universal" 51mm fuel pump and the car is running again $217 later.
